Taken as a whole the company has more than two hundred years of combined management experience in the security field, not that we are looking backwards, we believe that growth and the acquisition of new skills go hand-in-hand.
Silurian Security specializes in the provision of professional security personnel and offers a fully comprehensive contracted, or bespoke, security guarding service on a 24 hour basis, covering commercial, construction, retail, and reception duties.
Our unique and bespoke security solutions allow you to decide – with our advise based on experience and market knowledge – the best possible solution tailored to your specific needs. Working alongside you we recognize the need for flexibility with your changing needs, we will provide the right security officer to fit your requirements. 
We invest a great deal in our security officers and door supervisors through training and management support to equip them with the skills required at the front line to represent both our customers and ourselves. Motivation is vitally important and our security officers are encouraged to excel in their roles, not only to deliver an excellent service but also to enable them to develop strong relationships with our customers that are built on trust.

With a 24 hour manned help line and mobile supervision to ensure the safety of our officers on duty, Silurian Security is well placed to provide our customers with an efficient and effective service. We provide each customer with a dedicated point of contact who is responsible for maintaining the level of service our clients require, this can include monthly client meetings to ensure service level agreements are being met.

EDDIE BEER

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Eddie has over 31 years experience in the security industry starting as a Supervisor.

Eddie recognised there was a very definite need locally for good, professional door staff. He was well known and respected by all the local club owners and licensees and saw the business opportunity so in 2001 Silurian Security Services Ltd was founded. His business ethics to customers and staff and his commitment to a high quality of service have enabled the company to achieve a solid customer base and to diversify into other aspects of security and training.

Starting off in a home office in Swansea, Silurian Security quickly became the go to company for Door Supervisors in the South West area.

Eddie has used his business strengths and strategies to grow Silurian Security and enable the company to expand into other areas and sectors in the Security Industry. Which means today Silurian Security are a major employer within South Wales, recently opening and office in Anglesey, allowing Silurian Security to be able to provide security services UK wide.

DAROL KING

COMPANY SECRETARY

Darol has over 25 years experience in the Security Sector. During this time his career has expanded from working the major club venues in Swansea. During this time he continued to motivate a very professional team and was highly regarded by the management. His experience enabled him to deal with any eventuality in the most suitable, correct way resulting in him receiving, well deserved personal praise on a number occasions. His knowledge of the Security Industry is a valuable asset to Silurian Security

Having known Eddie for many years, Darol joined Silurian Security in 2001, initially as Area Manager before becoming a Director/Company Secretary in 2007.

In December 2009, he very successfully completed his degree studies in Leadership and Management (I.L.M. Level 5) and was the WBTA ‘Learner of the Year’. This undoubted achievement, coming later in his life, is enabling him to apply the knowledge he has gained to the management of the organisation and its future development.

Darol has been fundamental in the growth of Silurian Security, enabling the company to become sole Security Provider for a number of corporate businesses

JAYNE WYNN

COMPANY DIRECTOR

Jayne’s background is in Quality and Compliance. Jayne came into the Security Industry late in her Career. A successful Company Manager working in engineering within the aviation and CCTV sectors, gaining knowledge of developing and building motivated productive teams. Her experience in managing high volumes of staff along with the quality and compliance has been an asset to Silurian Security and aided them successfully achieving the ACS for 7 Years. Jayne is a qualified trainer her World Class Team Leader qualifications means that she is the main in house trainer making sure all staff are trained and assessed to the highest standards within the industry Within Silurian Security Jayne plays an active role in business development, with focus on customer/client relationships, with her level of commitment Silurian Security has grown and diversified into other sectors of the security industry.
